Unacceptable Behaviour
We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse and aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff or other patients in the practice. We hope you find the staff conscientious and efficient and we expect a reciprocity response from our patients.
Aggressive behaviour includes personal abusive comments, bad language, physical contact, aggressive gesture and damage to the property.
